Drinking neat sounds good, what have you mixed with?

Ice... :)

But I'm thinking of trying this:

1.5 oz aged rum
.75 oz dry vermouth
.25 oz orange liqueur
.5 tsp grenadine
2 dashes bitters

Stir with ice, serve on the rocks with a twist of lemon

Also, I'm very jealous of san fran. The phoenix area really has nothing as far as culture.

I don't remember, but all I know is how to find the place. It's in Crystal City, VA just outside of DC by the Reagan airport.

Sounds good as well... a bit heavy on the brandy and Cointreau though...

I forgot to mention I'm a big fan of Japanese food. While I like sushi and sashimi, I will sometimes be happy with some udon noodles or rice and chicken. :yum:

Man, I just had dinner and I'm already hungry after all this posting.

As a citrus lover, I probably couldn't get enough of the Cointreau, but could easily back up on the brandy.

I have a severe weakness for sushi. Luckily we have a few good restaurants here, and one only about 5 minutes from my house

You're going to get a guest pretty soon! lol

I must admit that there's a lot around here when it comes to food. German, Polish, Italian, Ethiopian, Iranian, and on and on. Lots of Viet food, too.

Ours are not so great here, it is a desert after all. I did tell you my Valentines day sushi story right? Yeah, pretty sure I did.
