Engine clunking/smoking after oil change- HELP!!

What you're describing sounds like oil in your fuel line or at least oil in your cylinders. Are you certain it was filled before you drove it? Any chance of

Are you certain it was filled before you drove it? Any chance of a foreign object in the oil or oil filter?
