Runaway Prius Case A Hoax?

There is a ECU system override when you press brake and gas at the same time the car shuts down. I don't understand how his could be the only Prius

There is a ECU system override when you press brake and gas at the same time the car shuts down. I don't understand how his could be the only Prius ever to have this issue. It doesn't make sense.
