Last day with my current employer! And taking 2 weeks off to relax before starting my new job. Is anyone well-versed with labor laws? I am an exempt salaried employee

Last day with my current employer! And taking 2 weeks off to relax before starting my new job.
Is anyone well-versed with labor laws? I am an exempt salaried employee with bi-weekly pay, and I am seeing conflicting narratives. I understand that I get paid the same whether I work 1 minute or 80 hours, but I am confused on whether I get paid the full 2-weeks salary or prorated up to the last day of working during the pay cycle. |
