30 minutes after fumbling in garage,set time on remote & mounted it’s holder to wall, blower came back on & temp is up to 60 I can definitely deal with

28* outside & real feel 21
 May have to flip one of the dip-switches on outside unit panel; as if unit is used at temps at or below 22*, the unit will turn off & restart when temps go back above it  More learning to do
