Pork loin roast with BBQ sauce and apple pie filling, real apple slices and a touch of red wine vinegar. Seared in cast iron skillet on all sides and then slow cooked for 9 hours :yum:

Took the beach out of the truck. Had about a pound of sand inside the cab. Washed it to get the sand off of it too. When the wind blows. Everything gets a coating of sand and sea salt.

I used the instapot for the other half the roast with apple cider, salt and pepper. It turned out really tough despite not being overcooked. That half the roast is now food for Ted.

Train wreck in the tuning department. Folks are vouching for Eugene. That is fine but he does have some limitations. Experience. Knowing what the engine can do and can't do that very few people have.

That's my only concern with Eugene too is his limited tuning experience.
