I am single. I buy my own gifts all year round

In the last 2 years I've purchased so many parts for the Z it would have taken me at least 20 years of birthday and Christmas gifts to accumulate them all while I was still married.

Real composite shims are mostly wood pulp held together with a bit of plastic. What the stock is just 100% molded plastic. Not anything close to the same

Guys/Gals/Zoren,

First of all, thanks for the well wishes, the positive comments and the tags... I do appreciate it..

And so after some thought, I have decided to go with the surgery... Without any other real choices, I am going for it...

Doc said it will be a bitch, but the last 6 people they did this to all lived and they were all older than me and in poor shape. The surgical team up there thinks I’m the best candidate to survive this.

August 25th is the 10 hour surgery. They said that after they cut open the side of my throat and remove the cancery stuff, they will use a 5” x 5” square of flesh off of my right forearm to make a new Epiglottis. They said I will stay in a sleep for about 5 days in intensive care and then progress to the regular care. Eventually 2 months of rehab to learn to speak and eat...

Wish me luck,...

Great decision. We'll be meeting up at Backwoods Smokehouse in no time!!!

Just ask if there's anything I can do for you or your family. I'm not too far away.

Prayers for you!

Thanks, and when I make it back to normal again, I want a ride in that Prius again...

And Miss Debbie had her Breast cancer surgery a week ago with minimal discomfort. A week later, which was yesterday, they told us they determined they got it all and it had not spread to any Lymph node glands.

We were quite happy with that good news

Yeah,... ummmm.... so... I'm thinking Zoren is probably your go-to choice for that activity given his enthusiasm for such human contact. EW should be 2nd on that list... he lives in Florida now. Ha ha!

Ok. We need some happy news in here until spoiler can get back to his bacon eating session. Which seriously man, if you need anything at all. Don't hesitate to give me a call.

Happy note, Susan and I are putting a 100k offer in on this house. We both liked it and it's a perfect starter home.
