I think the clock died. :icon14:

Rusty 07-24-2020 02:11 PM

It's 4 o:clock somewhere...................... but not here.

Rusty 07-24-2020 02:12 PM

Watching the clock is like watching grass grow.

Rusty 07-24-2020 02:14 PM

Hey................ I think I saw a hand just move on the clock.

3 o:clock does not start Happy Hour. 4 o:clock does.

That only counts if you're dropping nukes.

Bright side of things. I got a 2.5% raise on this pay check.

Went to the Dr. today. Come to find out I had a meniscus tear in that knee back in 2013 that they saw on the MRI. I don't remember them telling me about it. Oh well, I must have made it worse. Getting in line for another MRI. Dr. wants to make sure I don't have any arthor in it. If none, I will get scoped and cleaned out. If I do, shot's until knee replacement time. No fun, this sucks.

Know that feeling. Did the Syn-Vis shots for years.

Get the ZSpeed aluminum undertray.

Don't remove it. Its aero provides stability at higher speeds.

I'm with Betty. Get the ZSpeed undertray

Unless Joe from Zspeed is now making a race spec Versa, I think you boys are getting confused. I was just asking about the undertray for Susan's Versa. It's not even half the size of the OEM 370Z shroud. Really doesn't do much.

fyi, my car already has a zspeed undertray. The v2 with bigger trap door to drain and reach the filter without issue.

JARblue 07-24-2020 02:58 PM

I'm guessing the Versa isn't the most stable at high speeds? I would leave the undershroud on. Or just buy a big sheet of aluminum, poke some holes in it, and zip tie it to the underside of the car for a nice flat bottom

High speeds in a versa is graded on a steep scale. 85 is scary as hell

70mph on the interstate gets a little flighty when making lane changes. 85mph would be sketchy. I bought her some 185 summers to put on a few years ago which helped a little bit.

Everything I can find for the undertray just refers to it as a simple engine splash shield. And the aero the thing provides is so minuscule, I may just go with a flat piece of steel and poke holes in it.

Cortisone shots, No Syn-Vis for me. I had one of those in my right knee. All it did was burn like a mother.

The red sleeve too much compared to the black sleeve? Of course it would match up to the color layout of the Juke seats.

I'd use JBweld instead of zip ties :tiphat:

Good call! Then you don't have to poke holes in it and compromise more downforce.

I already have both, it only takes about 30 seconds to change it. I also have shift solutions making a handle that will install on the z e brake frame that will require less modification of the handle. I have a bunch of people interested in buying the handles from me.

JARblue 07-24-2020 04:38 PM

I prefer the black. But you know there are plenty of people that would enjoy the red.

Also I would have to see a photo of it in the car to really get a good feel for the aesthetic fitment :twocents:

That's the good thing, they're so easy to change out. Once I get the Juke seats in I'll take pics of both.

Well for best results you have to replace all your fasteners with JB Weld and use it to fill all joints on the car!
