Finally talked to someone at Freightliner. Told them what I needed. He looked it up and said the because it's a RV. I have to go to Fleetwood for the tail pipe. Freightliner supplies the running gear and chassis. After that, Fleetwood makes changes to fit the RV. And the tailpipe is one of the changes.

Called Fleetwood. Open Monday through Friday. 8 to 5 EST.

Go on their website. Filled out the information they wanted. Hit send. Reply back was, We will get back to you during business hours.

Mia doesn't like to sleep in her bed. She likes blankets. She hides her stuff in the corners of her bed.

Any of you guys know much about camera lenses? I'm getting Melissa a new telephoto lens for her birthday and want to make sure I'm not dropping $1k+ on the wrong thing

Stick to Canon or nikon lenses pending on what she has. Sigma and tamron are good third party lense as well.

As for the distance themselves. You'll need to judge that. 100mm-300mm is a very reasonable distance for most shooting.

The other thing to look at is the f stop. Lower the number, the more blurry the surrounding will be that you're not focused on.

Disc was excellent. Haven't ever shot that well on that course :)

Lunch after was on another level  Haven't eaten like that in months :yum:

Started off with some poutine and oysters from the appetizer menu. I split The Grateful Shrimp and Taterfish with a friend. Also ordered a bowl of gumbo and the boudin togo for tonight

Will be back next Sat after disc for another helping of food I haven't yet tried

I'm looking at another Sigma. I got what i think is a killer deal on a Sigma 70-300 shortly after I got her the camera (Canon EOS T-6) $100 for the 70-300 a Sigma 28-80 and an older 35mm Rebel G2. It was advertised for $200 or something for all on FB. I asked about getting just the one lens and offered $100 for it. They said take it all:tup:

She is now into taking pictures of birds and I want to get her something with more zoom. I'm looking at this Sigma 150-600. I want to make sure it's a big enough step up over the 70-300 to make it worth while.

here are a couple of the birds she is baiting into feeding in the back yard shot with the 70-300

Mmm... oysters. The gf was absolutely disgusted by oysters when we first started dating. Then I made some fried oysters and she was brave enough to try it. Went to a buffet that served raw oysters, she tried it just to stop me from nagging her to try it. Now she cant get enough...lol

Im marinating some chicken for my El Pollo Loco copy cat recipe for tonight :yum:

I can't tell you how many times I've got people that don't eat seafood to come to the light side after tasting fried oysters/crawfish/shrimp/etc :yum:

Then they find out that just about every other method of cooking (or not as the case may be) them is better  :D

You gotta keep some monopoly money stashed away under the mattress... I keep an emergency fund hidden for a rainy day. Even a couple hundred taped between the pages of the owners manual in the cars...just in case i get stuck/stranded in the boonies with no cash.

I've got some personal funds for sure. But I also keep a full year's salary in the business bank account :tiphat:

Other than that I just try to keep a small roll of 20s hidden up my azz. You know, for a rainy day. It also works as protection :ugh:

Ask Zoren. He's into taking pictures at a distance. Bet he's got pic's that look like close up's of brown starfishes, but were taken at a 1000 yards+.

Canon EOS T6

I want a new lens, not used. I was trying to keep it at $1k or so but if the one I linked earlier isn't a real step above what I already have then I'll have to pluck the money tree thin :rofl2: The $2k+ canon lenses are really out of budget but something in the middle could be doable. I need to make it worth while for her putting up with my chit another year:roflpuke2:
