I asked a lady this morning if she had a PC or a mac and she said Viewsonic. I said, ma'am, that is the name of the monitor manufacturer. That was a fun call getting VMware horizon client installed and pointing to the right connection server.

Or when I ask them to press the power button on the computer until everything shuts off, then let go and turn it back on again and they say, nothing changed when it came back on! the PC went right back to the same thing! And I have to ask them politely to not press and hold the power button on the monitor.
