Hopefully make some serious progress on my wood this weekend; to include swapping out all zinc bolts to galvanized, finish framing exterior & hanging roof joist :tup:
Lift hasn’t shipped from NY yet; so I may pick up the first bundle of OSB...we’ll see :tiphat:

Ive got coping exercises I learned in therapy. I hope they will be happy, that is what matters.

Before you jacked your box down... did you happen to shoot any construction caulk or adhesive under there... in most “conventional” construction methods that is done to help keep moisture from seeping in and insects from crawling under the sill plate... it may not be too late to do this... just say’in

If I would have sealed it up last weekend; I would be full of water around the bottom :nutswinger:
