I can relate to that. I get reminded all the time when my neck starts hurting. No pain meds for me. I just tough it out most of the time. Otherwise, I hit the Ibuprofen. |
I'm mowing the yard this morning. 47F isn't that warm, but it ain't that cold either

That's all some serious commutage. I work remote 3/4 days a week. So I commute from my bed to the crapper to my home office.
On the days I go into the office... it's a 14 minute round trip. |

Yeah my 60 miles is about 2 hours of commute time daily. The drive in tends to be a little shorter than the drive home.

Bunk is right about traffic here though. I only get on the freeway if I absolutely have to. A 30 mile commute will take you 2 hours. That's why my car gets flatbedded to Seb for tune. He's 34 miles from me. |
Duuuuuudes (water bong sounds)... You guys work???

I live in a small town 30 miles south of Pittsburgh. The area is a mix of urban, rural, farm, mountain. The town dates all the back to the late 1600's. I got a corner lot that is 80x120ft. Brick ranch, 2000 sqft main floor, 2000 sqft basement. Before I retired. My commute to the power plant was 18 miles, all back country roads. Took me 20 minutes, unless I get stuck behind a school bus. Work now is 12 miles, 2 lane highway, unless I want to take the 4 lane toll road. Either way takes me less then 20 minutes.

My commute is 10 minutes each way, the only time it's longer is on the days I decide to drive the Z. Gotta warm up all the fluids. :yum::yum:
The funny thing is that I can be almost anywhere in the KC Metro area in about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of day. That being said, the I-435 loop during rush hour is really bad, but not near as bad as traffic in the ATL all the time. :owned: |

As opposed to Chicago, where 90/94 is standing still at 2am. |

Trying to decide how far to go tearing apart the front end of the Z to save on labor costs. Considering buying a manifold and vacuum pump for the AC refrigerant. Not sure it's worth it though...
