They're screwing with my hours and schedule. This week, worked Monday, 9am to 1pm. Off Tuesday. Today and tomorrow, 1pm to 5pm. :icon14:. Off Friday.

Next week, I work 3 days. :icon14: They say it's because it's the slow time of year. But we have been busy in my department. :shakes head:

Customer driven labor sucks balls. Corporate sets the amount of labor hours based on sales numbers from a year ago. If your store had crap sales last year, you don't get the hours to help the overflow this year. Kind of a dumb way to run a company. :icon14:

We increased our numbers. So now we get to have an overnight freight crew starting next month. Which will help out. It's just that time of year. After the holidays. Things are a bit slow.
