Good stuff... fascinating reading...:ugh2:

I'm with you on that. I've done it before. Just find a buyer and for the most part the title company will do the rest. And the commission savings can be applied to future bacon purchases.

I do appreciate the offer. And I also have GC license and a home inspectors license in NC.
Not to many things that are home related stump me, but occasionally something does ... :icon14:

Good morning all. In today's not so lovely news, the President lifted the ban on ethanol in summer gasoline.

That's not an excuse for doing poor quality work. Get those hooks in there, and then we'll talk about some "car work" that I need "done" in your "garage"

Well.... let me just say, it’s ain't so bad. The property location is worth more than the house though...

As you can see by the picture I took last night, it comes with a free goose in the yard... :shakes head:

Gorgeous. I assume you plan to gut the entire first level and turn it into a garage?

That’s about the same coverage I got but I have a three car so I needed the second set but threw most of it in the trash.

Really curious to see how it holds up as that is remarkably cheaper than mine. Think I paid $750 in materials. If I halved that for coverage needs, it’d still be almost twice as much.

This is how mine turned out. My flake broadcasting left something to be desired but it was my first time.

Beautiful place ya got there. Why in the cornbread hell would you want to move!!

JARblue 05-31-2019 12:15 PM

Clutch and differential and other misc parts should be here Tuesday or Wednesday :excited:

Hoping for a record turnaround on the parts install. I'm talking 2-3 months instead of 2-3 years :icon17:

JARblue 05-31-2019 12:31 PM

Fast Intentions non-resonated test pipes ordered (with extra bung on both pipes). They should be here in a few months - hopefully just about the time I am ready to start installing all my parts.

JARblue 05-31-2019 12:43 PM

Think something like this will work for subframe bushings?

JARblue 05-31-2019 02:31 PM

CJM parts should be here next week, too. That is, assuming the oil pans arrive early next week to ship out.

Billet top hat, misc RRP kit parts, blue baffled oil pan and solid engine mounts

No ****. I’ve been spending all of my adult life trying to figure out to have water on the property I live on.

I’d of sold you my pan. It’s beautiful but at this point I doubt I’ll ever get around to installing it.

I considered calling you. I also had a line on a set of local FI TPs I could have saved over $150 on the cost of new ones shipped. In the end I felt like giving my money directly to Fast Intentions and CJ-Motorsports because they are top notch vendors that support the Z community and I wanted to support them  :driving:

:roflpuke2:

How are you going to pick up the sub-frame and hold it still enough to press out the bushings?

Start throwing parts on now. By the time your test pipes show up. That would be the last thing you need to do.

Backhoe, garden hose, & your neighbor's water spigot. You're welcome!

Cleaned some bird poop off the hood and the roof of the car, fun. Now going to pull the car out and take her to the gym!

Wanted to leave a link here to a youtube page called project farm. The man tests different types of oils (I know. . .). If you are interested in this stuff take a look. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2r...6N1X-wuOg_p0Ng
