Aluminum box circled in blue is moving down to where the chitty blue box drawing is. Use a router with a circle jig, cut half a circle above the block and insert piece of flat rubber stock into it? Maybe a cone-of-shame from a veterinarian cut in half? just some idea. :rolleyes:

If it were me Id just attach a bunch of these around it. Then when it get wacked with a hose, leg or face it will make the fun sound! Make you forget about the pain for a second at least.

Been a busy day. After getting home from work. I washed and WAXED the Power Wagon. Tomorrow, I'll clean the inside of it out. Getting it ready for the trip to the Outer Banks. :tup: We got the house next to the house we had last year. So you have to drive on the beach for about a half hour to get to it. :driving: Don't even think about taking a 2 wheel drive on that beach. Tow truck is $300.00 to get you unstuck.
