It's fixed. The tech replaced a piece outside. But I just found out it could be 48 hours till the guide is fully populated. If the channel time slot isn't updated, the series recording won't recognize the program and won't record the game :shakes head:

Their suggestion was that I check it every hour. Like I don't have other shìt to do. I hung up on the guy.

I like Dish better.
