Id need JAR or Pint to grab these and ship them for me, but could that one wheel be repaired you think? I'm tempted to grab them asap if it's repairable at a shop.

Sounds pretty awesome. But how much? And how much track time? This one typically is about 100+ miles of track time for the whole day. In my own Z. They have a Spec Miata I can use but then the class cost is significantly more (more than double).

I can go drive a Lambo or Porsche at Circuit of the Americas for half the cost of the class. But it's only like 12 laps. Still a fun event for sure.

Lein; if the other wheels are perfectly true & you end up having to buy 1...they’re around 500 each + having them all coated the same.
Doesn’t look like a turn-key job. But you gotta be cautious purchasing used wheels :ugh2:

I'll take your word for it and not pursue them any further. Was worth a shot, but I trust others more with car parts than my own knowledge haha. Much appreciated JC.

It's different prices for different models. But I'd like to try the 911 GT3 turbo
900 for 1.5 hours. I just read they have open events every month, bring your own car, no registration fee.. I need to know what that's all about!

Ride quality of a true set of wheels is awesome,,,if you get 1 or 2 jumping a little...that’s terrible- I experienced it once with my base wheels & had a damaged hub-center on my R/F wheel spacer.
Thought my wheel was bent & that’s what triggered prematurely ordering new wheels :ugh2:
I’m not saying you can’t pick up a nice set of used ones~ just get them from someone you know, or has very good credentials

I dont dare say good but the dr said my father was a bit stronger today so they are going to let him sleep over night and we are going to meet up with doc at 9 am tomorrow to try and remove the tubes. Nerve wracking to say the least.

Dont talk to JC about parts.. it's a trap!

Spooler 03-26-2019 08:48 PM

Don't let me start talking about parts. I will spend all your money and all of that credit card.

Don't load up your credit card. I was kidding. I pay mine within 1 week after the mass exodus of money. Credit card debt is no joke.
I have seen several folks mod a car on a credit card and have to sell the vehicle within a year of said mistake.
