The New "What did you do with your Z today" (with off topic replies) Cooking Edition

I haven’t tried anything new recently.

We did bring back some quarters and backs trap from our hog hunt. Gotta figure out to do with it.

I haven't had any time at all from work. Hoping to change that soon. And since it's finally getting warm out, hopefully start smoking some meats. May even pick up a small dry aging fridge.

Essies's sauce

This is a local product.Served in local Super Club in the 60's.
I have grown up on this stuff.
You can buy it nationally from Amazon now.
Try a steak marinated in Essie's sauce. Everyone I have given a jar too have asked where they can get more.

If you are feeling adventures give it a try.

An Essie steak is great.

I do not work for the company.

I'll order a jug on Amazon during my next spending spree and give it a shot! Msg laced steaks are starting to bore me.

Just got the 3 jar pack on Amazon as well. Shiuod have a chance to try them this weekend. I'll try a steak in a 24 hr marinade of it and use the juice afterwards to make a pan sauce.
