We are supposed to get 3 to 6 inches tonight and 6 more tomorrow. I was tracking on Saturday and Sunday under blue sky and 65* weather. By the time I got to Kingman it was full blow snow storm and 4 inches on the ground.

Today I woke up to 4" sitting on the ground. With rain, snow and ice pellets coming down. Went to work and seen 3 wrecks. Got home from work and shoveled 4" of slush with rain coming down, and everything melting. :shakes head: It's still sounds like a monsoon outside. The temp is 33F. If it drops and freezes. It's will be nasty in the morning. We've had more rain then snow this winter so far. Overall, it's been a mild winter with only 1 really cold week below zero.

That looks like the wet, heavy crap too.

It's AZ and with the impending storm the schools have announced closures and the local bus line will not be running. People here have no clue how to drive with a little snow on the roads so it will be a chit show tomorrow.

Yep. a company can do anything it wants as to positions within it. It can open and close positions as it likes.
