So, not a fan of Horizon: Zero Dawn. Just not my type of game. Looking for something new now.

I have it on my buy list. It has awesome reviews. What was wrong with it?

I just find the story boring and characters very disengaging. Basic fighting format for the most part. Sneak into grass, shoot dinosaur, it attacks, rinse and repeat. I put in 15 hrs. I'd have liked it by now.

I'm all excited. Went to the store and got beef marror bones and 2 pounds of beef fat for free. Rendering the fat in a crock pot right now to make beef oil. And going to blanch, roast, and boil the bones this weekend for a wicked rich beef broth.

Sous vide steaks are coming along nicely for au Poivre tonight. Only a 30% chance I burn the house down when igniting the cognac. Also prepped carrots in a honey and ginger mixture. As well as roasting potatoes with dilland garlic.

What the hell is Poivre?

A heavy cream sauce for steak that incorporates black peppercorns and cognac to produce a very rich and bold flavor. And you get to light the cognac on fire in the pan.

Well, I just pee'd again. No poop yet. I only farted when I sneezed. :)
