today has been pretty unproductive for me.

Today has been crazy for me, again. I'm in a brief lull right now, but it'll be madness shortly.

ive been through ups and downs today. its weird with it being the time that no one really works yet we moved our fiscal end from march 31 to December 31 now so its been having some panic moments for some.

Lol...does she share the wealth with you? I hit 6k last week! My GF hates going to the casino. She says its for old people..haha... she says she only goes with me for the lobster buffet, and because she loves me... I think shes lying about the second part! :rofl2:

I've gone into a casino twice, both times gambling with someone else's money, both times I've won. Just small amounts, $50 to $150, I quit once I hit.

I have never been in one. I am good and don't care to go all that much.

no unless you count that i get a free meal here and there lol


i've grown up gambling. my grandfather taught me how to count with cards and playing blackjack. i was taught to read using the betting book at the dog track.

dont do it as much now with less fun money lol thanks GTR.

At my old job, we used to gamble ALOT during work hours. We would even all go to lunch and play cards at where ever place we were eating at. Then would have a holdem tournament at someones house that weekend.

sounds like a good time. anymore i just do home games. typically dont end up being in for more than 100.

i used to be in cigar shops secret rooms when i was under 21 playing cards then once casinos came around with poker i was just about to be 21. the casinos kinda destroyed most of the local back room games.

I was lured in by a beautiful woman. My "dowsing rod" led the way! She was a belly dancer - no regrets.

Were those Mafia rackets? When I had a bachelors pad in Seal Beach, I had an old co-worker in Canada asking if he could move in and rent my living room to sleep at. He rented out my living room and he came back to Ca to try to be a professional Poker player. All he did was go to the Casino to play poker every night. It was funny, every day he would talk about "this Donkey" or "that Donkey" that made stupid bets. um, he never won very much ...i think he was the Donkey..lol

My 3/8 semi-deep socket set showed up today. :tup:

It's been a crazy week so far, got home Monday night at midnight, back at 7am Tuesday till 11pm, Wednesday 3 till 11pm, today 9am till 7am tomorrow, then back for 3-11 hopefully I won't have to stay any longer ! Then off for 4 days :happydance:
