My invo’s were excellent in dry & wet,,,285/35,345/30 combo; they just didn’t bite on cold days.
I actually have a pair of 285/35/19’s sitting in my den w/90% tread :ugh2:

Maybe it was cold weather they were horrid in. Can't remember. Stock Evo 12s on it were bad in the rain possibly. I just remember the night a d day difference when I got those nittos. And I just thought they were cool because they had a tread pattern of light sabers dueling.

These are Hotrodz track tires in 315/30’s

Agreed, they moved up to the to level drivers as well. I think it read on the schedule advanced, race and professional drivers so they are all fast and once I lift to let one car by there six behind him in a hurry so I let everyone by and just tried to do my own thing. I am going to ask to be dropped down a level which is where I signed up. Most of the times in that run group where what I was doing as well. I am confident tomorrow will be better.

They have come a long way and the ties I ran today is supposed to be almost as fast as the Nittos. The best thing is their price compared Nittos. Just under $1000.

I know that feeling. I'm in Group 3 with all the go fast crazies and their full blown racecars. Nothing like getting passed by a GT40, Nacrappers, and ACR's. It hurts one's ego a little.

Spooler 11-17-2018 10:05 PM

I am going to get me a set of those Nismo Ray's that were just announced to mount some track tires so I can get in on some of the fun. Gotta get the TT upgrade completed first.

If they’re like the stock Rear Nismo wheels (19x10.5+23’s) I have 2 full sets of PS4S’s that would be perfect size....295/30ZR19’s....26.15” diameter mounted on a 19x10

jchammond 11-17-2018 10:37 PM

I don’t like discussing all of this,,,as I’m trying to prevent getting my hopes up too far.

They will need to be 18's square. The reason for 18's is you have a tire choice. 19's, not so much.

Morning folks! My trout opener was somewhat blah. I think the water is still a little warm. First sighting was a trout following my lure to the boat before it changed direction when it saw the boat. A couple of short bites. Then one spit the hook when that bite took me by surprise and I had a half @ss hookset. Two more unbuttoned after that. Finally landed a trout that wouldve been perfect bass bait. At least I didnt get skunked and it was a beautiful day!

You know itll be a rough ride when you board a C130 and the crew chief is handing out puke bags. I think we all ended up using them. Bouncing 10' at a time. Didnt help that more than half of us were hung over..lol
