Since we're going there, about the only thing(s) in the car are a well-stocked first aid kit, a P229 SIG and a DPMS custom build 308 & 100 rounds in mags....

Now if I could figure out a way to put a Dillon Aero in the hatch....... :bowrofl:

Always carry.

As for tools. I keep a tool roll in the truck. Ratchet and a set of mm and standard sockets, couple different types of pliers, screwdrivers, etc. nothing major but enough to do most things in a pinch. Oh and I keep a 20” ratcheting breakover bar.

Electrical/Duct tape and some superglue and youre good to go! Is having your MP40 in your car legal in PA? We can only transport to and from the range.

I'm working on a get home bag. I'm may have to switch from the .308 to an AR pistol in 300 BLK so that everything fits inside the bag. LE tend to look a little cross-eyed at someone toting a slung AR.

One of the prime reasons I left Kommifornia. I was on the campaign committee for the No on proposition 15 back in the early 80s. It would have froze the number of weapons in the state as of the first of the year, effectively banning all weapons from being brought into the state. We beat it by a 2 to 1 margin, but the writing was on the wall. I've turned down jobs there because of the gun laws, if I enter the state with one of my toys, I'm an instant felon....:eek:

I have a bug out bag at home. Probably needs to be updated now that technology has improved. Compiled it 8-10 years ago.

You can transport a firearm in your car, as long as its in the trunk...in a locked case....unloaded...in a separate case from any ammo. Oh, and if its one of those scary looking rifles, make sure it doesnt have any scary features such as a removable magazine (GASP!) or a collapsible stock (THE HORROR!) etc.. those things will make you an instant felon. So glad for those laws though, now I can sleep easy knowing that the real criminals wont have those scary features either..

Bring him to our urgent care, Texas Children Urgent Care on Westgate if not better and unable to see his pediatrician. We will be glad to see him and help him/her feel better.

Yeah, not so easy to get a CCW anywhere here. You pretty much have to prove that your life is in danger, on a daily basis...smh
