Dude!!! We talked about this!! Only were to do it if your spoiler would stay in tact. No need in destroying something just to get it off.

With that said.... it needs to get to Madwi's by Friday night for installation on its new forever home. lol

Greetings from Long Beach, CA...

I am helping my mom get settled back home after a month in rehab for her back. Meanwhile, here is a view from my room at the Marriott. There is even a Delta Embraier 175 moving by...

EW, you would love this toilet. It's 16" tall. No more having your knees under your chin, like the basement toilet. :rofl2: And no more holding the lid up with one hand to take a leak. That one is a 1950's squaty potty. :icon14:

Rusty, did we have the same bathroom in our homes? I also had one of those 1950's squatty potties in mine! I was pleased to remove it.

Remembered to rep relatively early this morning!

ISO audit starts tomorrow... not looking forward to that, but I'll be glad when it's done.

Happy Monday everyone :hello:

This is the week that my house empties out :D

I'm :excited: for the extra space.

JARblue 05-07-2018 08:52 AM

Of course, as soon as that is done, there is a pretty good chance my bartender will come stay with me for a bit while he gets his new place situated.

You have your own bar tender? That may be a problem. :tiphat:

Alcohol - the source of and solution to most of life's problems.

:hello:

Looking at getting back into the Z game in the next few weeks. Well sort of.... In the 4 door version :) Z has been gone for about a year now and Sold my old DD TL this past weekend, so finally getting around to truly consolidating cars.

Currently rocking a Lexus Nx200t F-sport. Such a confused vehicle. It's not particularly roomy by CUV standards, or sporty. Interior is nice but not as luxurious and the rest of the Lexus lineup.

It’s one of those things once you start you can really throw the towel in. Did it in spurts, little by little. Was tedious as heck but got her to the finish line lol

Once I deal with the adhesive removal I’m pretty sure it’ll just be some scratches. Hopefully I can just feather them out and squirt some matte black on. The Powertrix didn’t suffer, that was the key objective.

Out of town this morning but I’ll ship it soon as I get back this afternoon. That was for 4-5 day shipping so shouldn’t be any issues. Need to go pick up a big roll of bubble wrap for it too.

I wish I had that problem. No, he just tends bar at my regular watering hole. We actually hang out outside of his work as well, so he is my friend as well as my bartender.

Is this like before a rectal exam? So it's like an alcohol enema?

Leingod 05-07-2018 10:15 AM

Mr. EW. I am bringing 3 chocolate malts and 3 blueberry beers that I have a local brewer make for me. You shall be treated well.

Mark over at E6 locked himself out of his unit sunday, when i was supposed to pick up the Z. Atleast i used the weekend to spend time with my sister who lives in that area.

Gotta drive on down again Tuesday to go get it. Thankfully hes making up for the messup by doing some above and beyond touchups / detailing

My house was built in 1956. The same year I was born. :rofl2: It's a brick ranch. The main floor is 2,000 sq ft. The basement is the same. The 50's squaty potty is in the basement. The one I took out of the main bathroom was about a 80's toilet. Not much better.

Mine was a 1952 special. Toilet was a robins egg blue, designed for someone 5'0 or shorter to be quite comfortable. Needless to say, I refused to use it.

My first house was a Sears 4 Square built in the 1920's. Just before the depression hit. That was a fun house to remodel. Had every era of electric wiring in it that you could think of. From tube and knob to the new stuff. :shakes head:

Rusty 05-07-2018 12:44 PM

Enjoy your Jim Bean repZ. :tiphat:

Leingod 05-07-2018 12:44 PM

My hype hasn't kicked in yet that the Z will be a completely animal after this weekend is over. Like, I know it'll have reduced lag on throttle input, have more HP overall, have cool launch control, make whoosh noises from the CAI, and have gorgeous CF parts.....

But I just don't feel excited. Weird feeling. To many other things happening right now. I need to get into a vacation mindset for this.
