:hello::hello:

Now it's 'official' that my baby is a total loss.... :shakes head::shakes head:

I'm going to be posting stuff in the for sale/free section that I'm not going to need for the next one. The first things are up; Blizzaks and base wheels, since it has been decided that I don't get to drive it in the winter... :icon14:

The plus side is that I have a few months to order parts that have a long lead time (like exhaust)... and have them on hand when the newer one gets here. :tiphat::tiphat:

Did I mention that I hate shopping for cars......:gtfo2:

Interested in the Blizzaks and base wheels, will pay for shipping if you'll ship. Edit: just found your post, saw no shipping. *sigh* I am full of regret.

bunk 08-13-2018 01:58 PM

Just found out theres a scheduled power outage for maintenance in this building early tomorrow morning for an hour. From previous power maintenance, it was 6-9 hours total for me to shut down, power back up and test everything.. $$$$$$ x1.5 rate woo!

I might be selling my base wheels in the next month or two.

Yes, but his came with basically brand new Blizzaks. As I do drive my Z in inclement weather, that was a big selling point ;)

bunk 08-13-2018 02:34 PM

StevenSlice 08-13-2018 02:50 PM

Bunk you should come out to OnGrid for Charity at Autoclub speedway sept 1-2. You dont have to drive, but you should come out and say hi to some of the nissan challenge guys, myself included, and use it as a opportunity to make some connections with vendors and maybe get yourself some deals on parts in the long run.

A big one is John at Corner 3.

So he can't run the forklift, or pick things up. :shakes head:Tom comes in at 6am leaves at 3pm. I come in at 10am and gone by 2pm. Now I have to do my job, plus do what Tom can't do. :shakes head:

What do you mean that is it? Almost time to sell it and buy something new!

madwi 08-13-2018 07:03 PM

I put over 100,000 miles on a vehicle before thinking about getting rid of it. Unless I get an electrical problem that I can't fix, or it has too much rust.

I probably will keep the Z for a fun toy to play with. Pretty sure a piece of me would regret selling anytime in the near future.

madwi 08-13-2018 08:03 PM

Bad thing about driving the Z to work, I wanna just go drive the Z and not work.

Dude,
Seems like a big headache for a part timer, you've got your pension, so I'd walk :stirthepot:

I enjoy the work. It's neck down work, very little thinking involved. I walk in, do what I have to do, then walk out. Take nothing home. Plus it pays for my hobbies.
