25 miles one way when working at the clinic, 20 miles one way when working at hospital and traveling encounters can be between 10 and 200 miles each way. That's what prompted me to get the 370Z daily driver as i racked up 8k miles in 3 months on my 2018 Camry XSE. Now the Camry stays at home for long trips and the 370Z for everything inside 25 miles each way.

7,000 miles first 3 months on my 4-Banger LE,,,as I’m knocking down 40mpg.
I didn’t want the stripped down model w/steel wheels & hubcaps,,,so I’m a bump off the lower end model.
I did purchase the 6yr./120k extended warranty: so it was solely purchased for a DD.
Picked up an oil change kit from Toyota, with the new 0W/16 oil, filter & washer last weekend.
I’m debating on doing the oil changes @7500 miles vs. the recommended 10k.
May sample first oil change & send to Blackstone for analysis,,,so I’ll have a record & see what their recommendation is for intervals.
I’m planning to get a new Z after insurance settlement & do something “Special” to it...& it will only get driven for Pleasure.

Last day at work for me. it's weird. I don't feel sad or disheartened to be leaving. But I am also not feeling excited to go to the new place yet. I'm sure that'll change Monday morning. I'll miss the people here, but not the hierarchical culture or retarded people in charge. On to bigger and better things!! I'm only 29, so I have plenty of time to keep growing.

35 mi. Each way .... 20 two lane black top, 15 freeway, 2 blocks thru a sub.
My big plus is I Work second shift & deal with very little traffic

Congrats on the new gig! What will you be doing?

That feeling just reaffirms you made the right decision. I've changed jobs a few times now and the only time I didn't get excited after the first day was my last job. 18months later and I left industry and went back to my old consulting company, felt like coming home and I was sure giddy on my (second) first day here :)

27 miles each way, into and out of Philly. Quite convenient now that I hired my brother... who I rent a room to, and who drives 50% of the time.

Of course, the flip side is I never solidly know what time I'm getting to work or getting home. The 95 corridor is tremendously unpredictable. I leave for work an hour early, which means I'm usually 20 minutes early. But when there's an accident on 95, it could be a 15 minute delay, or a 3 hour delay - no way of knowing.

Still, the paycheck makes up for it.

PD2 time  JLarson watch some YT vids of Framing Frame and Golden Casino heists. We will need Lein too, there is a load of loot bags to move.

One of my brothers may also be available (the one who sends people looking for BA-11 left handed taps). He and I were practicing a bit the other night. FWIW, I'm better at shooting people than I am at sneaking.

You have to aim not with your eyes, but with your heart.

Channel all of your rage and hatred of mankind into pinpoint accuracy. Remember that love is a chemical reaction, and eventually fades.

Hate lasts forever!

By the time I was 29. I was on my 6 job. The longest I was at one place was 13 years with Duke Energy.

Do it in real life. Quite nothing like the feeling of hitting a 36" metal swing target out at 1,000 yards.

In real life, they tend to frown on it when I pull up with a few friends and rob a bank.
