One more shift after tonight and my vacation starts. I plan on doing nothing, sit around in my lazyboy and do nothing. Sadly, this is all a dream and I'll be stuck doing household chores/projects that should have been done during the summer months :icon17:

Every year I take my Birthday week off and just lounge around and do whatever the hell I want. It is my birthday present to me. The list of crap to do around the house is large but at least I can do it at my leisure.

Just before I retired. I had to fill out some paperwork at work. On a couple of pages. It asked what nationality I was. Figure I have nothing to lose as I was leaving anyway. I put down Alien-hybrid. Got a few phone calls and e-mails on that one from HR. :rofl2:

Got the girlfriends bowling ball yesterday. Smells like mango tea which was cool. Got it drilled at my local pro shop by a new kid running the shop. He completely ****ed up the span and bridge. So now I have to go get it plugged and redrilled. How freaking hard is it to drill a damn ball for an amateur bowler.... Ugh $70 wasted...

I didn't realize the old guy who did it for years finally retired. It was a basic drilling since my gf has never played before. I didn't think it could be screwed up that badly. I wasn't asking for a hard measurement. But... wow was I wrong.

I'm going to another old professional in another city. I had all my balls drilled by him when I was in high school. Only down side is he takes a week minimum to drill for whatever reason.

I have. I didn't even buy the ball from the shop that messed it up. But I made damn sure they paid for a new one and drilled it right. Plugs are not an acceptable solution.
