Maybe. The issue I'd fix first is the one related to fuel. The front "O2 sensor" is really the AFR (air-fuel ratio) sensor. If there is a fuel delivery issue, that will cause the funky readings from bank2 sensor1 and the catalyst below efficiency problems. Engine codes point you to a system or circuit that has issues. It's up to you to figure out what is really causing the problem. If your car is 2009 or 2010, I'd look at fuel pump/fuel pressure regulator first, before diving right onto the O2 sensor. It would suck to spend $$ on a sensor you don't need.
