If you drink pepto for 3 days straight, you actually wake up feeling like a normal person and not someone that has had gastric intestinal problems for the past 2 years.

I'm not honestly sure what has been going on with my stomach lately. Almost every morning though I wake up feeling bloated. I could eat deep fried pizza, eat a healthy green salad, or eat nothing. Same issue every morning. But it only lasts for an hr or 2.

I immediately felt different this morning waking up and realizing my stomach didn't hurt. I felt more awake as well. No clue what i did, but I am thanking the 3 days of pepto I have been chugging lol.

And it makes my poop black which is cool looking lol.

madwi 08-01-2017 07:17 AM

I'm like a billy goat compared to you guys and your stomach issues.

I never had these issues before. They stemmed roughly a year or 2 ago. I sorta just dealt with it. Was a wake up call this morning though realizing what it felt like to wake up rested and without bloat.

Couldnt hurt to mention these things to your Dr. in your yearly physical.

madwi 08-01-2017 07:24 AM

Whole bunch of new pads came in for the rotary polisher.

The ER is banned for life for me. After I got gouged 4k for 4 effing stitches with insurance. Screw that place. Cheaper to just die.

Closest Dr. accepting new patients is over an hr away.

So when do you actually use your rotary? I've been sticking with hand pads for now when waxing. Plan to break out the rotary pads this weekend, but only for a polish.

JARblue 08-01-2017 07:42 AM

Good morning all :hello:

Waiting for the pest control guy to treat for termites we just found out about :ugh:
It is looking more and more like no flooring will be done inside. Kitchen budget has gone bye bye and the exterior of the house is probably getting new siding of the cementitious variety.

madwi 08-01-2017 07:46 AM

Bummer Jar! Sorry to hear that.

You just have the DA I sent right? I only use the polisher when I need to polish. Which seems to be a very light spot polishing once every year or two. I try to take exceptional care when washing so it doesnt get marred up in the first place.

That's correct and sorta what I figured. I''ve delegated it to polishing only basically. Anything else I just use some MF hand pads. Wax and sealant wise.

I plan to do the Z and the GF's car this weekend. Pressure washer, foam cannon, and 902 arrives today.

I want to go all out. Wash, clay, wash, polish, seal, wax

I wish I knew someone that was on the forums that lived nearby and seemed intelligent

TheWolfe 08-01-2017 10:07 AM

I've actually yet to find anybody on the forums from the Dallas area, except like a handful of people. Which is odd because there's quite a few of them out here, I'd think they'd be a little more active here but ehhh guess not haha

Leingod 08-01-2017 11:00 AM

I settled on not accepting that job offer. While the notion of being a real IT Manager and potential room for Dept ownership would be really nice. I am still flip flopping like crazy on switching jobs. I don't want to drive ungodly hours frequently, especially during winter. The lack of vacation days really irked me, and the 5k increase in pay isnt worth the difference.

i have a cushy job here. I'm the sole IT guy, get treated well, and get to buy myself all the latest toys to play with. I get a decent bump in pay at the end of the year written into my contract and hopefully will have total control over my operations here within another year or 2. I'm only 28. That much responsibility will take time and dedication to learn.

It looks like it might be pretty bad. Won't know until we start opening holes in the walls :ugh:

On the bright side of things, the pest control guy hit a water line while drilling holes for the termite bait stations. The bright side is that I don't have to pay for it :shakes head:
