no... not really. the gas has been horrible, everytime i belch it burns my nose hairs.. I take a deuce, and im in painus for a good 2 hours after the fact... its bad.

i'm no doctor but i do have a phd in bullshyitics. it's mostly from eating taco bell and such. the grease and things destroyed your insides. try eating clean for a couple weeks and see if there is a difference. and you'll have to find which oil is best for you.

I have eaten better recently... i gave up sodas years ago.. and made other changes, so we'll see what happens

anytime i got sick or something was wrong with me my dad would tell me to drink vitamin c or put some neosporin on it lol... your leg could be cut in half and he would say just attach it back and put some neosporin on it and take some vitamin c you'll be fine lol
