i think i might switch to isopure... i have gold standard at work and isopure at home. this one at works gives me gas while the isopure doesn't. but there's a big price difference lol. i paid $60 for 6lbs of gold standard and $60 for 3lbs of isopure.

Ever tried syntha-6? Also the more refined the protein, the less likely you should get gas. Also do you have a lactose intolerance?

yeah, syntha6 isn't bad but it doesn't return the value for the dollar. gold standard isn't bad for the dollar and it has the least amount of calories. i'm not lactose intolerant.

gold standard is 24g of protein per serving (1 scoop) and 120 calories.
syntha6 is 23g per serving (1 scoop) and 200 calories
isopure is 50g per serving (2 scoops) and 240 calories

so far from the ones i've tried i would put isopure at the top for taste. syntha6 and then gold standard.

i wouldnt pay full price for it, but i do appreciate the higher calories/fat and fiber. Plus the taste is amazing.
Dymatize elite xt is real good deal for the amount of servings/price. 130 cal/21g pr
53 servings for around $28

Stupid place is implementing casual dress code starting in march. Such an archaic way of thinking. I work in a call center for gods sake!

Isn't 'casual dress code' = jeans & a graphic tee? Or are they looking for dress slacks & button down shirt.... :eekdance:
