fellas, i twisted my ankle really bad last night while running a 6 miler, luckily it was on the way back to my house, about a half mile away... but currently my foot is still swollen...

im sitting here at the office with a huge bag of ice and a swollen foot... not fun.

how does that happen? you were running on gravel and stepped on a rock? you fell into a ditch? a bigfoot tripped you?

Nope, i was running on a side road (on the side) with my dog nismo.
