Adblock I believe lets you opt out of white listings now.

They're stupid simple to install. Just go to Firefox's app store and search for ublock origin, adblock, and disconnect. Download them and they will automatically load as extensions within the browser any time it is opened.

ublock: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...origin/?src=ss

Disconnect: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...onnect/?src=ss

Adblock: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...us/?src=search

Thanks. I'll do that when I get home tonight.

Hey Bonz, if you like it hot and like pickles, try these out. Made here in Louisville.
The 30x Ghost pepper pickles are FLAMING HOT!
The first three on that page are Habanero. The next three are Ghost pepper.
When I make a sandwich, I cut up one single slice of the 30x and spread out among mild pickles. I still sweat like crazy.

Mild | Spicy | Extreme | OMG - Pops' Pepper Patch, Inc.

FINALLY! I found a job my contractor can do without supervision or me having to rework everything!
Plug a 7965 phone in, update and record the extension that was pre-programmed :icon17:

Good Morning All for YOUUston. :hello:

Just another day in paradise. All have been repped with Mr. K always being the first one so anointed.

Yesterday was fun. I spent FOUR hours in a lawyer's office trying to close on my son's new townhouse. He's out of the country business, so I had to sign everything on a power of attorney.

After the title company realized they had effed up the power of attorney (POA), they had to FedEx up a new copy that my son then had to take to the American Consulate in Calgary to get notarized. WTF??? :ugh2:

Then in the lawyer's office, after I signed about 50 different pieces of paper, and the lawyer submitted the paperwork to the lender, it was rejected because of the way I signed it. Each signature had to include specific language -

Jeff XXX, by Mike XXX, as Attorney-in-Fact. No missed commas or periods. WTF???

So I had to re-sign all the documents all over again. Considering these people got paid over $12K to prepare the paperwork, you would think they could get it right. :gtfo2:

I don't think I have ever closed on a property where there wasn't some issue with the paperwork. The entire real estate business from the agents to the lawyers are a bunch of dumbasses that make loads of money in spite of themselves.

Rant over. The house is his. Mom gets to play interior decorator now and I get to pay for it, so everyone is happy.

Now to focus on my next car. Waiting patiently for the Z35 debut, but still seriously thinking about a Shelby GT350. After driving a friend's, I have to say that I am might impressed.

Mr. JAR - remember Bryan who had the Gun Metallic Nismo with the Nismo stripes? He's parked next to me in your signature picture. he's the one who bought the Shelby and LOVES it.

Okay, I'm back from the Dark Side now.

Have a great day all.

njobe89 03-30-2017 06:39 AM

thirsty thursday... thinking about skipping on the frontera today.

doctor gave me some antibiotics i have to take for 10 days -_- turned out i had an upper respiratory infection.

i like the gt350, when i was watching head2head i loved how it sounded and that it can rev up to (i think it was 8200) :D
but i also can't see myself paying 65k for it.

ChaseZ 03-30-2017 06:43 AM

Man that's nuts. How does it possible cost 12k for paperwork to close on a property? Just differences from one side of the border I guess. My real estate lawyer charges me flat fee about $800. If by chance he needs to get anything else notarized while in Calgary he can just go to any Registery and they can do it for like $25. No having to go to the consulate or anything like that. He can pay my last speeding ticket while he's there :)
