I took of the whole month of Dec last year to burn my time. We can only transfer 80 hours yearly. i've got 120 currently so I need to burn

I took of the whole month of Dec last year to burn my time. We can only transfer 80 hours yearly. i've got 120 currently so I need to burn 40 hours or else I lose it. Issue is that me being the only I.T. guy here sorta limits my time off availabilitiy. They'll either have to cash my vacay in, roll it over, or force me to take time off (which is what i want).
