Hello! Got a new belt drive garage door opener because the old one was just getting too noisy. SO much quieter. Also as an added bonus, none of my cars

Hello!
Got a new belt drive garage door opener because the old one was just getting too noisy. SO much quieter. Also as an added bonus, none of my cars homelinks now work. Supposedly it is because of the "increased Security 2.0 standard". But Chamberlain is happy to sell me a bridge for another $25 that will make the cars homelink work again.
