Yea. Was all set to pull the trigger. Went to get a quick basic loan and found out my credit tanked. From 750+ to barely over 500. My student loans decided to never warn me I missed 4 freaking months of payments from my auto-payment plan at the beginning of this year. Paid off the amount owed immediately after I found out and have now opened a case with credit karma stating i had no knowledge of missed payments. Student loans are criminal.
Probably for the best though. I can hopefully get an even cheaper beater with 4x4 and have it survive a winter or 2. Save some more money, get my credit back on track and have a good DD by end of next year.
