Next week....

I got some "fun" news.... I had a small chat with our safety manager. He went from being safety manager to also undertaking SQF in our QA lab. They basically forced him into that role without any pay increase. It was either accept the role or be fired. They found that being a safety manager is now a passive role and he wasn't worth the cost anymore. So they piled more work on him for the same pay, but different title.

I swear to god that if this happens to me, I'll be walking out the doors Friday and never returning.

no you won't lol. my title changed 5 times in the last year and my pay didn't change once lol :roflpuke2:
