At first glance I was sure that said 'boss gave me full control over the witness...' :icon17:

Made it all the way down to the dealer to drop the car off for the day, only to be told the advisor who booked me in didn't order the part and it will be 4-6 weeks so I turned around and left.

I was going to a different dealer than the one I bought the car from after being pretty disappointed with them. Hopefully this is just an oops at this other place. I bought my Frontier there a few years back and was really happy with the service so hopefully that hasn't changed.

Outstanding report Mr Njobe

:ugh2:Its very difficult to restart your body again

As I am on travel in South Korea its all cardio each and every day :icon17:

2 hours each day swimming, running, biking, and my all time favorite stair climbing in a 40 story building :eekdance:

Welcome back Sir

I've got to back off a little on my karate training. I landed badly after a poorly executed takedown and injured my left shoulder. :icon14:

Good news is that I didn't break anything, didn't dislocate the shoulder and didn't injure the rotator cuff.

I injured the tendon down deep in the shoulder, so I've got some really good drugs to help with pain and swelling...

Ive been doing BFR training and it seems to have really helped my shoulders, along with rest and therapy.

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.

Masterbeatty 08-17-2016 02:53 PM

I had to workout pretty hard after the cross country trip. Fast food and sitting in a car for two weeks sucks and I gained 7 lbs. so now with eating good and the blowflex on top of walking Cooper I have lost 2 lbs in a week and going down.

Masterbeatty 08-17-2016 02:53 PM

Plus the hike yesterday to the mine was all a steep uphill in 90 degree heat I feel like I lost 10 lbs.

Another 9 holes of golf after work.

Leingod 08-17-2016 03:03 PM

I hate the kind of painus where you know you're going to lawn sprinkler the ever living hell out of your porcelain throne. Those cheesesteaks did something that I am pretty sure dissovled all matter in my stomach into clumpy watery mud.

My problem is neck and shoulder muscles, so not sure a cuff is such a good idea! :icon14:

I found a good link of it so will text it to my doc and see what he says.

Awesome. Shoulder should be a yes. Not sure about the neck though. :ugh2:
