The wineries are at least abundant here as well. We've caught up in that regard. it's the -20 degree winters with 10+ ft of snow that kills me from driving to a lodge for a nice glass of ice wine.

There a quite a few popping up in Traverse City and a few other places around MI. I need to find one that is a nice cruise for the Z and has a nice back drop of the vineyard.

In Temecula there are a bunch, its about 45 mins out of SD. But the chitty thing is we cant enjoy them for atleast another year since my wife is with child. But I can still enjoy the 100+ breweries in the county of san diego.:tup:
