i have a inground pool in the backyard and during the summer i probably use it 5 times lol. i'll do a couple laps and then go have a beer :rofl2:

i usually do monday - chest, tuesday - back, wednesday - legs, thursday - shoulders. friday off, saturday - i'll do which ever body part i half assed on lol

i get majority of my cardio from playing basketball 30m in to an hour :D

been too lazy to re-organize my music room just yet.. actually my music gear is like moving furniture around, so need some caffeine first.. :ugh:

I'm not sure, Ive not found a tag on it lol. My dad gave it to me after his stroke and I know he paid a hefty sum for it.

Mine back up there, but not as much as before it seems. Though I have no idea how. The front sitting bit higher than the rears. Not by measurement, but by gap. And that bugs me more than the overall Gap. Need to stuff some meaty tires so might just lower the front 1/2" or so to even out the gap and call it a day. Front Nismo springs would work perfectly in that case.

Miss having one. Not something need often but there's just no replacement for it when you do.

That has crossed my mind before several times. I think nowadays it would be easier to source a kit then spend a bit of time improving it than starting from scratch. Or at leastmore economical in terms of cost and time spent.

it was cold yesterday but finally back barely in double digits on the positive side. :D


got my new stage piano yesterday. :p all setup in the music room. :woot: it is nice. real happy.
