It's been an excellent vehicle in that capacity. We got it shortly after our twins were born. I always teased it was a minivan on 20's which drover her nuts, but it really isn't. Crossover between minivan and SUV if I had to place it somewhere. Nice to drive, but could use more engine if I was going to DD it. Perfect for her though.

I like the new RX350, but it's smaller than the QX60 and MDX. Hell she likes the Highlander, might just get that and call it a day.

What are you looking for? CUV/SUV, sedan? Anything in that range will probably be older and higher mileage unfortunately so it's a crap shoot.

The new then (current) Highlander hadn't hit the market at the time (was a few months or so off) or it may have been up for consideration as well. A gently used Q7 was actually my first choice, but princess couldn't have a vehicle someone else had driven.

Old *** cavalier, you wont be stylin' but it will go through the snow and not cost you a ton in repairs. Bonus, who gives a **** if you get dings, hit a snow bank or whatever. Save money and it will get you from point a to point b.
