95% is very significant Mr Dee

Time and daily stretching and strengthening the surrounding muscle groups will create a solid foundation and the pain will dissipate

yah, i remember after having fractures it takes a while to go through a process of pain to get the mobility back...

Try calf raises. Try and hold the up position for the count of 5, then control going back down. 3 sets of 10, if you can.
