In high school daily drove my 1968 Shelby GT500KR and thought that it had a
big wing back then

My best friend and classmate daily drove a 1969 HEMI Daytona that had the biggest wing seen in my lifetime

That darn wing was three feet high

In 1978 my 1968 Shelby GT500KR cost me 2500.00 used
My class mates HEMI Daytona cost him less

We bought these during the gas war day's... very cheap

We did not drive very far but to school and back
