Give you an idea a custom hand carved and dyed strap like that Supra one run close to $300. There would be two to three times the material and labour to out into a dog collar.

That said going to make one for my new pup one of these days.

The boys decided today to name him Zed.

Sure I can see where allot of time and labor and workmanship is applied.

The Zed what a great Doggie name

That's one down side to the military, dog adoption agencies do not let you adopt a companion due to us moving so much and possibly overseas. :shakes head: hence why we had to go through a breeder. But I'm glad we did since cooper has been more than just a furry friend.

For sure The Cooper has a lifetime home with you.
If I had my way I would adopt another additional Doberman Pincher

It would be a male for sure

I paid good money or something similar in Singapore and the cooper did not like the way the leather felt on his long fur. :shakes head:

The collar now sits in a drawer and sees light whenever I grab my stuff to make beer.

That's too bad. I'll have to keep that in mind to sew in a liner if he doesn't like the feel of the leather. At 9 weeks he's still getting used to a collar now anyways so may be to my advantage. Good tip though.

Good morrow peeps!

Throwback thursday
This day 12 yrs ago was my first day in navy boot camp in Great lakes, IL.

Masterbeatty 07-14-2016 04:57 AM

So the car is off, I did have a :icon14: dafuq reaction as the truck was not a big closed carrier trailer. But all is well as this was just the smaller "pickup truck and the big one that is closed is sitting in NJ. But the driver was nice, professional and well documented the car. So far so good.
