$560 for rotors, brake pads, and brake fluid... that's not bad... i wonder if any vendors have it cheaper on here?

That's really not bad at all. Where did you get that price from?

Decent. But you can get blank rotors at the local auto parts store for like $40 apiece. Plus $90 for Centric Posi-quiet pads. Plus Motul RBF600 for $30 (2 bottles). Total <$250 for non-sport models :twocents:

Hey, I can't say anything. I bought slotted rotors years ago. Now I want the Z1 2 piece sprinkle slotted front and rears.

 parts for the sport models are not that much more expensive ... $50-100 additional cost.

I'll do you even better. You get to keep the $250-300 you save as compared to the $600 Z1 package you were looking at :tiphat:

I've always used a Motive Bleeder (borrowed one first few years and then finally bought one). For the $75 or whatever I paid including the adapter, it is totally worth it IMO.

I don't think so. My buddy had one for his Mustang, and I borrowed it until he moved. The Ford and Nissan adapters just happen to be the same three prong one

Masterbeatty 06-24-2016 10:51 AM

Ugh. Movers are here, it has finally become a reality that I am moving.

Masterbeatty 06-24-2016 10:57 AM

I realized this morning I may have a cleaning supplies, liquids, and candle sale. All the crap they can't take I can't take either since we don't have any more room in the cx9. It would be a shame to throw it out.

Masterbeatty 06-24-2016 10:58 AM

But I am sitting on my butt and debating on cracking open a cold adult beverage loaded with carbs, also known as beer.

So, drove a Q50S 3.0t Red Sport AWD (yes that's the official name) and didn't hate it. Well, the price tag is way out of our league so I'm wondering if the standard Q50 would make me happy enough.

What do you need the awd for you live in Texas? I'm sure you would be happy with all the new Gaggets in the Q50.

BoneZ 06-24-2016 03:23 PM

I don't, it just happened to be the model the sales guy pulled for the test drive. I could do without the 360 degree cameras that made parking feel like a video game. And without nav but that's like standard on most of the trims. And without leather. Just give me a plain interior car with the engine, rearview camera, bluetooth and remote start.

You deserve it Mrs Tracie..

Ton's of lease returns flooding the market, even in its basic entry level form the Q50
is a great choice

Best of luck ma'am
