I've been thinking about maybe just scoring some Nismo rims for mine. Between their near flush fit and my love of meaty tires I think they'd work well for me. And then I don't need to play the guess-the-offset game.

Even some powder coated Sports would work, though they might still need spacers I'm guessing. But as long as the rears can hold 325's I'm ok with it.

Have decided to push back rims j to the winter project category anyways. Would be a shame to take off nearly new RE11's right now anyways.

And I actually like the graphite base rims I have. Just wish they were wider, and 19's

I like the nismo wheels too. I gave a good, honest thought about buying a set vs. the work wheels.

the nismo wheels are a good fit for stock height base z. since ure running lowering springs i too would go aftermarket

kenchan 07-20-2016 10:44 AM

btw adding spacers on my GTI was so easy. and it's bolt replacement type cause it runs lug bolts vs lug nuts. :icon17:

Just the spacer and longer bolts I assume?

I've always just bought aftermarket wheels for my Audi's since they are so cheap and plentiful.

The Z is stuck in the garage. They started at the end of the driveway and worked toward the house. :( I didnt see them until it was too late. Good thing I moved the truck in time to get it on the grass about halfway down the driveway :icon17:

I know I said I was going to be lazy and sit on the couch, but its hot as hell so with my infinite wisdom I am in the blazing hot garage instead of A/C :rofl2:

Work just gave me an "old" laptop. it has a GT540M GPU in it. I shoved a SSD in it so it can actually eprform decently. Going to give it a shot tonight with PD2 and Dying Light on a portable HDD.
