Sounds like a great vacation.

Reminds me I should check if I have any pickerel in the freezer. Dang, now I'm hungry!

We went out 6 times on Lake Tahoe :tup:

My fishing mates gave 4 large Lake Trout's :icon17:

Definitely pan fried. Coat in flour, salt and pepper then fry in butter. None of this margarine crap.
