NY statute thing says any change other than stock is technically illegal. Some Evo and STI forums tho say that it's not really enforced unless obnoxiously loud. Guess it will

NY statute thing says any change other than stock is technically illegal. Some Evo and STI forums tho say that it's not really enforced unless obnoxiously loud. Guess it will depend on if the inspector had his coffee or not. Muffler has nothing to do with emissions. So i'm hopeful...
