Mr Jim please start off a mild cardio workout program and over time ramp up

As I do this daily my cardio programs are very mild and I am never in a rush

my wife makes it very similar like how they do it at the mexican restaurants. wow... give me the chips and dip.

I had a beer gutt, but now after the bowflex and healthy eating habbits it is now gone. I am still a skinny chit though.
