wat i dont understand are normal folks stating 'garage kept' on their car ads as if dat is something good. those folks use their cars every day... so wat does

wat i dont understand are normal folks stating 'garage kept' on their car ads as if dat is something good. those folks use their cars every day... so wat does dat have to do with being garage kept? and if u keep sticking the car into the garage with snow/salt on it during the winter, u end up with more corrosion on the car vs a car parked outdoors frozen on the driveway.
